Glacier Park Moonlight Ski Tours -- If Glacier Park is magnificent in daylight, it is absolutely magical in moonlight. These fully-guided tours run from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on the full moon evenings of each month. Call for specific dates.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy
If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
Glacier Park Moonlight Ski Tours Description
The full moon tour usually leaves West Glacier and goes into the Park around 7pm on the night of or just before or after the full moon. We ski from the bridge over McDonald creek (near Apgar) to Fish Creek Picnic area a distance (one way) of about 2.5 miles. At that location we are on the west side of the Lake and have a wonderful view of the moon rising over the Belton Hills and of the high peaks at the North end of the Lake. After a snack of smoked Salmon, cream cheese , crackers and apples and hot cocoa or cider we ski back usually arriving at vehicles around 11pm or so. The route is VERY easy and appropriate for beginning cross-country skiers.
There is specific child age limits. children must be old enough and able enough to cross country ski.
